How Shipping Works
Following placement of an order, you will receive an email from us within 1 business day where we will coordinate the shipment and delivery date of your chameleon. In this email we will decide on what day you are available to receive the chameleon and plan a shipping day accordingly. Most orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air to your home address.
Tracking information will be sent the evening of the coordinated shipping day. Our chameleons are shipped as late in the day as possible to minimize the time your chameleon spends in shipping.
Most delivery times arrive between 8:30am-11:30am. This time varies by each city and route and some delivery times can arrive later than expected. You should be available during and outside of this window incase of delays to and be ready to receive your chameleon.
